Reservations are only guaranteed once you have received confirmation from Padre's
Cycle Inn LLC.
In the unlikely event that our website has accepted your payment and we are sold out
for the event, then a full and complete refund will be given.
Cancellations
Please note that some events have a cancellation policy different than stated here.
Be sure to check that events page for cancellation info. Unless noted differently on
that events page of our website a $50 cancellation fee will be applied if the
cancellation is received at least one month prior to the event.
RAGBRAI, and other CANCELLATION POLICIES
Because of the nature of the events, some cancellation policies differs from our
normal cancellation policy and are listed in detail on that events page of this website.

Refunds
Unless noted differently on the events page of our website cancellations received at
least one month prior to the start of the event the balance of amount paid for
registration, minus the $50 cancellation fee, will be given.
Sorry, no refunds will be given if the cancellation is received less than one month
from the start of the event.
No refunds for service interruption or cancellation due to weather, personal injury,
equipment damage/loss, or other circumstances which we deem to be beyond our
control.
Returned Check Fee
All returned checks will be charged a $30 service charge, payable before any
services will be provided.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We realize that things do happen to cause someone to have the need to cancel
attendance at an event. That is why we encourage the purchase of Trip Cancellation
Insurance which is available through McKay Insurance 800-942-0283, and other
agencies. These services are not offered or provided by Padres Cycle Inn LLC. You
must contact the agency yourself to sign up for them.
