Your privacy and security are important to us. Because we (PadresCycleInn.com) gather certain types of information
about anyone who registers for an event or makes purchases. We believe that you should understand the conditions
surrounding the acquisition and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather
and how we use it. Questions regarding this statement should be directed to Padre@PadresCycleInn.com.
When you register for an event or make a purchase, you provide information such as your name, age, address,
phone number, email address, emergency contact information. We do not make this information available to the
public. We do not store your credit card number.
For credit card processing, PadresCycleInn.com partners with a registration service (bicycle-events.com);and a
financial institution that maintains industry standard security measures to protect the confidentiality, security and
integrity of your credit card information. We share with these institutions the information needed to perform the
transaction.
PadresCycleInn.com respects your right to privacy. When you register, you can be confident that we will never share
or sell the information you provide to us to outside parties.
We do provide your registration information to bicycle tour operators, tour support service providers and bicycle
clubs as a part of our service, for verification purposes only. We do not share any credit information with anyone.
Please be sure to consult the privacy policy of each event for details on their handling of your information.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Limited Availability: Padre's services are available on a first come first served basis. Charters, tents and other
services are limited on each ride. PAYMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Reservations
are only guaranteed once you have received confirmation from Padre's Cycle Inn LLC not just the registration receipt
received when paying by credit card, or by date of post marks.
In the rare instance that payment is made and services are not available a full and complete refund will be given.
Cancellations: CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel before May 21, 2011, you will receive a full
refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel between May 22 and June 21, 2011, you will receive a full refund
minus a $100 cancellation fee.
SHUTTLE CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to prepaid contracts the shuttles have a different cancellation policy.
Shuttle registrations cancelled by May 21 will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Shuttle cancellations received
between May 22 and June 21, 2011 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Sorry, due to contractual obligations, no refund will be offered for ANY REASON for either registration cancelled less
than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Please, do not make Padre be the bad guy by asking for a refund less
than 30 days from the start of the event. Really, it just cannot be done for ANY reasons.
Refunds: For cancellations, the amount refunded minus the cancellation fee will be refunded by check, or if
charged within the past 120 days, credited back to the original credit card.
Sorry, no refunds will be given if the cancellation is received less than one month from the start of the event for which
the registration and payment was originally made.
No refunds for service interruption, or cancellation due to weather, personal injury, equipment damage/loss, or other
circumstances which we deem to be beyond our control.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We realize that things do happen to cause someone to have the need to
cancel attendance at an event. That is why we encourage the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance which is
available through McKay Insurance 800-942-0283, and other agencies.
These services are not offered or provided by Padres Cycle Inn LLC. You must contact the agency yourself to sign
up for them.
Padre’s Registration and Event Registrations are separate!
When registering always remember, Registering with Padre does not automatically register you for the event.
Registering with an event does not register or qualify you for Padre's services. And you must be registered with the
event in order to use Padre's services. Please make sure to do both. Padre's does not offer services to unregistered
riders.
Agreement: Padre's Cycle Inn is a vendor service for this event and said event holds no liability for these services.
By agreeing I indicate that I have read and understand these policies and/or terms. I understand there may be risks
associated with this service. I, and/or anyone acting on my behalf, waives, releases, discharge, indemnify and agree
not to sue, and hold harmless Padre's Cycle Inn, its owners, officers, management and staff. This waiver and hold
harmless agreement includes any and all injuries, loss and or damage to persons, personal property (including
bicycles and equipment), and any and all personal expenses incurred by any action, including but not limited to the
weather.
If using Padre's St Louis Shuttle Service and/or sag services, I agree to assist in loading and/or unloading my bicycle,
equipment, luggage, tools, and any other personal property and take full responsibility for damage, or loss of or to
any of my property.
This agreement also serves as a release for conversation, video, audio, or photographs to be used by Padre's Cycle
Inn for promotional purposes.
