Tent Choices: All tents are top quality Sierra Designs.
Padre Regular: is a three person tent which will accommodate either one twin, or one full (double) size mattress.
Padre Dome: A very large six person tent which allows standing room and accommodates two twin or one queen size mattress.
Towel and or Chair Service Only: Padre's towel and chair service is included with all tents but is also available to anyone else who would like to
have a clean fresh towel and washcloth, and or chair for the event. Just fill out this form and check the appropriate box.
"Padres Post" Refreshment Service: allows access to our shaded rest area with snacks and cold soft drinks daily.
Remember, Each tent service includes: luggage transport, camp chairs, daily cold soft drinks & snacks at Padre's Post, fresh towels & wash cloths,
and Padre's First Class Hospitality all at no additional charge.

Deposit: A Minimum 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the remainder due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is received one month prior to the event.
Sorry, no refunds will be given if the cancellation is received less then one month from the start of the event.
Agreement: Padre's Cycle Inn is a vendor service for this event and said event holds no liability for these services. By signing I understand there are
risks associated with this service. I, and anyone acting on my behalf, waives, releases, discharge, indemnify and agree not to sue, and hold harmless
Padre's Cycle Inn, its owners, officers, and staff. This waiver and hold harmless agreement includes any and all injuries, loss and or damage to
personal property, and any and all personal expenses incurred by any event or action including but not limited to the weather.
This waiver also serves as a release for conversation, video, audio, or photographs to be used by Padre's Cycle Inn for promotional purposes.
Registrations will not be accepted unless signed by all Padre's guests.
